Arvato CRM Turkey, is a service provider leader in value-added Customer Relationship Management services exceeding over 3,000 employees located in 8 locations. Among these services; customer services, digital call center solutions, analytical solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions are available through all communication channels for CRM. Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is Preferable)
  • Having experience in quality systems; ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 22301 Business Continuity; ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction, ISO 15838 Call Center Management Systems.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of project management and problem solving tools (knowledge of 6 Sigma tools is a plus) or PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
  • Knowledge of QDMS Software System is a plus

  • Ability to demonstrate managerial courage in conflict management

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the continuity of the Certified Management Systems and monitoring new and existing management system standards and revisions.
  • Implementation of Process management and improvement activities
  • Planning and implementing internal and external audits and monitoring & reporting results
  • Defining the potential issues and possible causes, initiating the Corrective/Preventive activities and monitoring the applications
  • Planning, implementing and following internal and external trainings for Total Quality Management and Quality Systems.
  • Taking part in the Management Overview Meetings and monitoring the applications of results.
  • Developing the customer consciousness within the company, evaluating customer demands and complains and initiating the related applications, and performing the internal and external customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Defining the appropriate performance parameters and monitoring and evaluating the targets of operational processes; providing effective process management.
  • Defining business processes according to management standards, identifying, monitoring and reporting of risks and controls
