QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an Export Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. Based in Istanbul, the position’s requirements are as follows:  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum 3 years of export sales experience, preferably in the small electrical domestic appliances industry
  • Good knowledge of export operations
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce 
  • Excellent command of English, preferably proficiency in a second foreign language 
  • High interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and ambitious targets 
  • Team player and self-motivated 
  • Presentable 
  • Proactive, and able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to work in flexible working hours 
  • Willing to travel abroad
  • A valid driving license

Job Description: 

This position will play a key role in the execution of our market strategy, growth plans and performance improvement. The Export Sales Specialist will supervise all B2B sales activities within his/her area of responsibility while achieving sales and marketing objectives. 

Reporting to the Export Manager, the Export Sales Specialist fulfils the below tasks in his/her area: 

  • Follows-up and manages Arzum brand and it’s sales on Global E-Commerce marketplaces 
  • Drives sales and brand loyalty 
  • Provides exceptional customer service 
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures 
  • Visits distributors and relevant partners regularly 
  • Executes the sales strategy to accomplish annual sales objectives 
  • Gathers market data and monitors competition 
  • Coordinates marketing activities with the Marketing Department 
  • Builds and/or helps develop the after sales operations with the distributors 
  • Selling products by introducing, promoting to prospect Marketplace customers in responsible areas in order to achieve sales targets 
  • Creates and develops relevant market and customer portfolio 
  • Represents the company in relevant trade fairs
