PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER FOR MECHANICAL THREATMENT

We are looking for a MECHANICAL PROCESSING QUALITY ENGINEER to work at our Akyazı location under ASAŞ Aluminum Profile and Composite Panel Quality Directorate. 

 The criteria expected from the candidates are as follows;

• Engineering Degree ideally with experience of the automotive sector,
• Highly motivated character with ability to work on own initiative,
• Can demonstrate creative thinking to solve complex issues / problems,
• Ability to work as a team player,
• Strong communication skills at all levels,
• Flexible approach to all aspects of the business,
• Graduated from the engineering departments of universities, (material and metallurgy engineer or Mechanical engineer)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Quality experience, 
• Strong and proven audit experience, 
• Problem solving and analytical skills, 
• Works energetically and enthusiastically. 
• Willing to constructively challenge existing setups,
• Flexibility in terms of travelling and handling problems (Hands on mentality),
• Have completed military service for male candidates,
• Driver's license,
• Fluency in Engilish,
• PRODUCT SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY within Machining line colloboratively,
• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas (FMEA, Control Plan instructions),
• Quality issues, 8D reporting,
• Follow and report internal and system audit, daily “line walk” on quality issues,
• Preferably ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 auditor,
• Prefarably green belt.
