We are looking for a “Lead UI/UX Designer”  who will be responsible for UI/UX across our digital product experiences, ensuring users needs and preferences are understood and met in a tailored, intuitive way. This role sits with in the technology team. You will be expected to work closely with Project - Product Managers and Developers, but take input from all areas of the business.

• 5+ years UI/UX design experience
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
• Pixel perfect design
• Experience with UI design tools, such as Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe XD, Framer X, InVision Studio, Marvel App etc
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience in designing web and mobile (iOS & Android) applications
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate design solutions to different stakeholders and different levels
• Expertise in prototyping, user testing and iterating on designs
• Assist developers, project and product managers in all aspects of UX design and UX design processes
• Collaborate with developers to ensure UX systems are properly translated to code
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to analyze existing competitors thoroughly and improvise on current industry trends
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies
