• University degree in finance, economics or business administration

• 3-5 years broad-based experience finance role. Specific experience from accounting is desired. (audit company experience is a plus but not required)

• Experience in finance management or controlling in manufacturing companies. Product costing experience is needed.

• Self-organized, accountable, structured and target driven approach

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Power Point, MS Excel.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Windows Office.
• Excellent English and native Turkish.
• Result oriented and holistic approachile 
•  Completed military service for male candidates,
  
• The workplace of the position is İstanbul European side Selimpaşa 

Principal Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for financial activities of newly acquired business of Assa Abloy in Turkey includes monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closings, budgeting/forecasting, controlling and tax related issues.

• To prepare the budgets and forecasts in line with the company’s rule and within the deadlines
• To oversee short and long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with divisional strategic plans
• To ensure quality and in time reporting and analysis of financial and operational trends, provide regular analysis of KPI´s and initiate improvements
• To maintain the integrity of the financial results and balance sheet accounts
• To ensure consistency with and fulfilling of Group and Divisional internal reporting requirements.
• To coordinate and control cost controlling and pricing strategy in line with ASSA ABLOY methodology
• To drive cash flow and debt management together with optimization of working capital.
• Communicating with internal and external auditors.
• Closely working with the accounting department, high level checks of Turkish GAAP/IFRS booking and reconciliations
• Actively participate in ERP implementation projects
• Working with different departments such as planning, production, sales, supply chain and HR.
