• Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Business Administration or Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably master’ s degree in Business Administration,
• Minimum 1 years team management experience
• Minimum 5 years work experience preferably in a Strategy & Business Development department for a B2B business or in an investment advisory firm,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Able to construct the big picture out of detailed observations,
• Quick focused learner with high analytic skills,
• Capable of constructing easily understandable and well-formatted presentations based on extensive, reliable data,
• Well-developed skills of financial statement analysis,
• Ability to prepare feasibility studies including financial models using all available data and making reasonable assumptions if necessary,
• Prepared to use fundamental strategy models to analyze and evaluate strategic options,
• Highly-efficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Driver’s license with no restraint on travel,

İŞ TANIMI

• Take active role in the strategic development of & planning for Assan Alüminyum. She/he will be part of the team that is responsible for enumerating and evaluating strategic options for the company,
• Take an active role in locating appropriate synergy between the company, our customers and the other related parties,
• Take active role in report on crucial business and financial updates related to the company,
• Take active role in help ensure alignment of the KPIs/BSCs and company strategic objectives,
• Take active role in conduct feasibility studies with extensive financial models reviewing the financial and operational potential in business initiatives or a planned capacity increase,
• Take active role in support the other team members in constructing and monitoring the project timeline and budget for approved projects,
• Take active role in prepare high-level periodic corporate presentations,
