Headquartered in Istanbul/ Etiler, Our Company Assan Foods is established in Balikesir Susurluk in 1998 as a Kibar Holding investment in food sector. We are exporting a large product, range composed of tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise and various tomato sauces for world cuisines to over 30 countries in 4 continents, adopts pure and clean production as the basic principle.

Tomatoes, which are the raw materials of the products, are raised from hybrid seeds that are not genetically modified, and each phase of the agricultural process is being supervised. The suitability of the soil, the climate and the humidity level are very important for the healthy growth of tomatoes. That’s why we grow our tomatoes in the fields of Susurluk. We harvest them with utmost care when they reach the ideal form and colour by ripening under the sun and we process them immediately in our plant next to the fields.

Overview

We are looking for Human Resources Specialist to be employed in our Istanbul office. We are waiting for development-oriented and high-energy candidates.

Are you the one?

·       Graduated from relevant departments of universities,

·       At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, Internal Communication, spreading Performance culture,

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English

·       Good command of MS Office applications,

·       Open to change and development

·       Strong business follow-up and control skills

·       Strong collaboration skills

·       No travel restrictions,

·       Preferably experienced in working with more than one location,

What will you do?

·       Conducting the recruitment process. Conducting aspects of sourcing including the job posting, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and use other creative ways to find the best talent available

·       Planning and organizing internal communication activities within the scope of employee engagement,

·       Carrying out employer branding activities including onboarding, orientation processes etc.

·       Taking active role in social & motivational events for the employees.

·       Taking active role in performance management system and providing guidance to business units such as objective setting, evaluation meetings, feedback sessions, development plans

·       Conducting exit interviews for leavers

·       Support other all HR projects and practices

·       Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR
