QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an “Industrial Relations Division Manager” to work at the Kocaeli Plant of Assan Hanil, one of the Kibar Holding Group companies which is serving in the automotive sector.

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • 10+ years of experience in all aspects of HR Management, particularly Industrial Relations and Payroll processes,
  • Experienced in labor law,
  • Previously managed a team,
  • Advanced in English,
  • Actively able to drive and has no restriction for travel,
  • Residing / able to reside in Kocaeli or Sakarya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follows modern Human Resource Management methods.
  • Designs and carries out activities that he/she thinks will increase the motivation and commitment of the employees in coordination with other department managers,
  • Working in coordination with the Environment and Occupational Safety Manager, it helps to develop policies in the first instance in order to improve the conditions in this regard,
  • In order to fulfill the requirements of the Labor Law, closely follows the changes in this regard, warns and informs the management about the practices that may violate the law,
  • Ensures that legal notifications are made to official institutions and organizations in a timely manner,
  • Ensures that the format of the infrastructure of the information system to be used in industrial relations processes (employees, performance, overtime, report formats, etc.) is investigated and reported to itself,
  • Ensures that the data that the Senior Management wants to monitor is reported at regular intervals,
  • Ensures that daily and/or periodic changes (new employee, personnel information changes, etc.) suitable for the whole process are updated on the industrial relations information system module,
  • Ensures that payroll transactions are carried out and reported in accordance with the legislation,
  • Ensures the accurate calculation of the cost items of the budget period in line with the plans related to the industrial relations processes (personnel needs analysis, training needs analysis data, etc.) and the predicted budget parameters,
  • Manages the internal disciplinary process and other problem-solving actions.
  • Ensures that job evaluations are kept up-to-date according to changes in the organizational structure of Field Employees,
