We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our company, located in Tuzla.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Mechatronics, Electric & Electronics or other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing plants as Maintenance Engineer,
• Very good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
• Knowledge of PLC Programme (Siemens Tiaportal, Simatic S7, RS Logix 5000 and other PLC) experience in installation and troubleshooting of machinery is required
• Ability to motivate, manage and lead the maintenance team to achieve targets and goals
• TPM knowledge (Predictive, preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance management)
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic knowledge will be an asset
• B Class Driving License, no obstacles for domestic and international business travels,
• Preferably knowledge of E-plan, able to read and form electrical diagrams in E-plan
• Knowledge about electrical wiring and installation

Job Description:

• Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the implementation of all Maintenance and Installation processes of the machines in the Plant in the correct way.
• Arranging planned maintenance of all production machines weekly, monthly and annually
• Preparing and implementing of projects including new production machines, energy saving, cost reduction, etc.
• Organizing training of electric and mechanical topics.
• Organizing the maintenance team to deal with machine errors as quickly as possible and preventing that is not occurring again.
• Maintain a budget in the right way to prevent over exceeding by finding alternative solutions to faults or supply cost-effective parts.
• Making contact with foreign technicians and machine suppliers to exchange comments about new projects, machine faults, etc.
• Ensuring coordination with external outsourcing companies
• To be responsible for the maintenance budget.
• Planning and doing investment of plant
