Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent,
• At least 5 years of experience in polyurethane chemistry and polyester polyol chemistry,
• Preferably experienced on polyester polyol formulation and esterification reaction,
• Knowledge for stoichiometric calculation,
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 knowledge is a plus,
• Preferably residing or able to reside in Balıkesir.

Job Description

• Responsible all the new polyester polyol formulation development and polyester polyol synthesizing lab-scale & pilot scale,
• Performing all the Polyester Polyol product analyzing and develop new analyzing methods for characterization,
• Performing potentiometric titrator with Hydroxyl number and Acid content analysis and FTIR characterization,
• Responsible of start-up Polyester Reactor Unit and Manufacturing Process optimization for all type Polyester Polyol,
• Carrying out Polyester Polyol formulation & process improvement,
• Cooperation with Polyurethane R&D team for researching polyester polyol formulation and be aware of requirements of rigid polyurethane foam,
• Be aware of Polyester market intelligence and following up new products/technologies,
• Performing all required documentation include regulations documentation.
