We are looking for a Senior Budget and Reporting Specialist to join our team in our company which is located in Tuzla.

Qualifications

• University degree in in Economics and/or Business administration departments,
• 3 to 6 years of experience in budgeting, reporting, planning or audit,
• Fluency in English,
• Advanced knowledge of MC office and Excel,
• Knowledge of SAP usage,

Job Description

• Preparation and consolidation of annual and revised budgets, monthly budget-actual comparisons and deviation analysis,
• Taking necessary actions to develop the reporting package according to current requirements,
• Reporting the monthly balance sheet, income statement, fund flow, working capital, sales reports and other financial indicators, making analyzes to be made in the perspective of the cause-effect-improvement proposal,
• Coordination of financial independent audit processes and preparation of relevant reports,
• Making analyses to strengthen production cost control,
• For the purpose of Short- Long Term Financial Planning; Periodically preparing short and long-term projections, planning studies and company strategies, studies to contribute to target studies,
• Financial analysis key ratios, basic indicators, preparation of structural analyzes and benchmarking analysis,
• For the purpose of Investment and Project Valuation; Conducting feasibility, business evaluation and project design studies,
• Preparation of necessary reports to contribute to the creation of the Business Plan.
