We are looking for a Tendering Engineer  to be employed in our Tuzla / Istanbul office.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural engineering, PMP certified is an asset,

·         Minimum 6 years of experience,

·         Experience in subcontract management, foreign trade operations and supplier pool,

·         Experience in review and processing technical and commercial quotations,

·         Project management skills and knowledge of project control processes,

·         Advanced level in MS Office, Autocad and similar soft applications per project management,

·         No restrictions for travelling.

Responsibilities

-      Active engagement in proposals, negotiations and short listing up to project tender award.

-      Analyzing of site requirements and examination of the technical feasibility.

-      Collaboration with technical office to reach optimum solutions within the project specifications and budget.

-      Procurement of all necessary materials/services from suppliers and subcontractors domestic and overseas.

-      Ensure the execution of procurement activities in an efficient and timely manner.

-      Perform the necessary evaluation and assessments of incoming offers by suppliers/subcontractors.

-      Preparation of regular project schedules, reports and progress tracking charts.

-      Contract, change order and claim management of the projects.

-      Supervision and coordination of site preparation, installation, start-up and application training processes on the field.

-      Ensure work quality, discipline and performance in a satisfactory manner.

-      Participation in project status and milestone review meetings.

-      Represent the company in client’s meeting on site.

-      Implementation of company regulations throughout project life-cycle.
