Supplier Manager (Russian Language)

Department: Road Freight Transportation South, North Europe & CIS Group of OD

Responsibilities:

•          Sending a transport order to a Supplier;
•          Monitoring compliance with SOP by the Supplier. Action Plan for the Supplier - nonconformity: OTA, OTG, order cancellation, number of claims;
•          Supervision of Suppliers and updating of cards;
•          Interaction with Supplier Development Division in the development of Suppliers in order to increase the percentage of contract vehicles in the total number of orders;
•          Quotation of spot requests; Quotation of requests and tenders in case of appointment
•          Collecting a package of documents from the Supplier for unblocking/transferring to real;
•          Planning additional stops (agency, customs, warehouse, etc.);
•          Communication during transport with Customs brokers, representatives of state authorities, shipper / consignee, if they are not Customers) to resolve inconsistencies at their level (confiscation, seizure, loss of cargo, etc.). ;
•          Performing the job responsibilities of the Customer Manager and Order Manager, if the order does not have employees in these roles assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

•          Bachelors degree
•          Experience in international logistics.
•          Good level of proficiency in English and Russian
•          PC knowledge (Excel, Word and others)
•          High communication skills and result orientation.
•          Consistency; Stress resistance; Time-management skills.
