Astellas Pharma Turkey started its operations in May 2008. Astellas Turkey offers pharmaceutical products in the fields of Oncology, Organ Transplantation, Urology, Anti-infectives.

Sales Excellence Specialist

 

Job Description: 

  • Act as a key business partner representing the Sales Excellence department for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design, maintenance and execution of standardized SFE systems, processes, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative & qualitative critical metrics for Field Force teams, including but not limited to periodic sales KPI reporting, territory alignment, segmentation & targeting, target setting & distribution, incentive calculations, updating of bonus protocols and etc.
  • Provide the necessary support in the designing, coordination, and implementation of local/regional/global operational excellence projects that aim to improve overall business functionality and productivity.
  • Ensure that the complex reporting and analysis of field activities are well executed according to the needs of the business in a proper and timely manner.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of CRM (and if necessary Digital Marketing) tools & processes in communication with the relevant local/regional/global support teams.
  • Provide the necessary CRM and CLM user support to the relevant users.
  • Ensure the proper follow up of KPI sets through periodic reports, dashboards and/or ad-hoc reporting.


The requirements for the successful candidate are: 


  • A university degree in statistics, engineering, mathematics, business administration or other related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and Reporting,
  • Having experience in statistical analysis is an asset,
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Preferably experienced in working with IQVIA data sets, CRM systems such as Veeva, CLM tools and BI systems
  • Concrete knowledge of Microsoft Excel which can be developed into advanced level,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Excellent communicational, organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Can-do and result-oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and to follow up tasks frequently and effectively.
  • Ability to bring added value to team work,
  • No obstacle for domestic or international travel,
  • Preferred if male candidates have completed their military service.
