· Active management of e-commerce store
· Maintain site content, search functionality, implementation of new products and launching campaigns
· Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with strategic digital partners and vendors
· Set performance objectives and fine-tune KPIs
· Identify and improving on our analytics tools to improve the business profitability
· Plan, forecast and monitor annual digital marketing performance
· Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
· Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
· Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact to improve customer satisfaction.
· Create & maintain website content and and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
· Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
· Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
· Execute promotions and grow sales measuring the profitability levels with operational teams
· Achieve sales & profitability targets, implement improvement plans for the online store
· Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
· Work closely with the Retail Business Team on inventory management
· Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages with the digital agency.
· Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation & monitoring.
· Manage day to day social media implementation.
· Co-ordinate all website activity and planning with 3rd party partners.
İŞ TANIMI
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Sales-driven
· Meticulous and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
· Working knowledge of HTML and Web Content Management System would be of added advantage
· Analytical skills with knowledge of Google tools
· Possesses e-Commerce experience
