Field Service Engineer - Bursa

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc;
• Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving.
• Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip;
• Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation / service contract preparation process.
• Working closely with sales team & project team to ensure the customer satisfaction
• Provide technical and quality feedback to the product specialist according to customer’s feedback;
• Works closely with service sales & project team to meet customer’s needs during commissioning and implementation of projects.
• Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback;
• Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report;

Skills and experience:

• University degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  
• At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service
• Manufacturing sector experiences are considered as the advantage 
• Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge 
• IT Knowedge in addition is preferable.
• Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and trouble shooting.
• Good communication skill
• Good English both in oral and written is an asset
