GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • To agree and align on easy/smart start check list with customer for the systems sold
  • Making a regular visit plan at the beginning of the week and realizing the sales activities

  • Establishing swot analysis for the region where he/she is responsible, collecting and monitoring information related to the region from the customers and competitors, and informing the product specialist/manager accordingly
  • Follow-up and be accountable for cash collection for related orders and work in coordination with Finance for regular cash collection
  • Performing demo activities without PS/PM. To take the responsibility of the demo product’s supply/return regarding the demos to be made
  • Regularly enter all data of sales visit, quotations and sales activities into C4C
  • Driving internal coordination of Project&Service&Sales in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Raise red flag and inform relevant people when necessary
  • Preparing visits and activity reports with time information, lost orders and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated according to budget
  • To make quantity control of the products in the field together with the customer for daily sales, receive signed dispatch list from customer. Also support responsible project manager for same process in case of Projects
  • To be able to give customer trainings for Basic Tightening Technique, Air Line accessories and product range without PM/PS
  • To ensure that after-sales services are provided to customers at an excellent level. Be aware of customers' products at service, follow up process and raise flag to his/her manager if necessary
  • Coordination with the customer support team for DTR cases where delivery time should be improved. In case of a negative result of DTR, be responsible for the management, follow-up and finalization of the process by involving local PS/PM
  • Find new potential customers and improve relationship
  • Calculating sales price according to the customer needs, preparing the quotation by getting approvals in accordance with the prokura
  • "Good level of knowledge on business and customer (visiting all customers within the region and having contact info in all departments i.e. production, quality and maintenance)
  •  *Having a full customer mapping for respective region
  • *Having a competititon mapping for respective region (including strategy and action plan especially for the key accounts)
  • *Having market share detailed map for all key accounts in respective region "
  • To increase the sales by conducting research in his/her responsible region and giving technical consultancy to existing and potential customers
  • Accurate OR/OI forecasing for his/her region for upcoming 3 months shared with ASM on weekly basis. (Weekly sales activiy plan and reporting to be included). All information should be updated in C4C
  • "Being accountable for overall business including large scale projects in his/her respective region
  • *Having full understanding and follow ups on/of project time plan
  • *Having close collaboration with service and project teams"
  • Be accountable for selecting right scope of supply for particular customer request. In case of incorrect selection, lead change management process by aligning with related internal stakeholders. Drive Customer Communication.
  • To provide support to all internal stakeholders during the commissioning of the projects

What we expect of you?

  • University degree in engineering
  • PC skills (Ms Office)
  • Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking &writing
  • B Driving Licence
  • No military obligation for male employees
  • Knowledgeable about hydraulic, pneumatic tools preferably
  • Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
  • Topflight with passion and commitment to create lasting results
  • Solid understanding and appreciation of the sales and marketing process of industrial
  • products, especially premium brands
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skill
  • Support and act together with cross functions in customer communication
  • Take necessary actions with other parties and respond to customer with a sense of
  • urgency when recevied a request from customer directly.
  • Respond customer request within 24 hours and making sure customer have a feeling that great care and focus is given. 
  • Sharing information and raising red flags to be proactive
