QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reach the determined customer portfolio/segment sales target and perform sales activities. Increase brand and product awareness in the market.
  • Carrying out Excellence Center – Customer day activities. Organize the relevant team and equipment completely in the demos to be made. Organizing professional sales activities (such as digital tools, seminars, walk the line, etc.) to provide solutions to the customer.
  • Monitoring the sales activities and the results obtained in return regularly to achieve the annual targets.
  • Regularly enter all data of sales visits, quotations, opportunities, and sales activities into C4C.
  • Preparing reports containing business forecast, lost orders, pending orders, market outlook, and activities with timely and detailed information via C4C and other means. Active use of C4C for 1-1 meetings.
  • Being able to give presentation/training/information to the customer without the need for support about the product group she/he is responsible for.
  • Ensure customers are provided with excellent after-sales service. Follow up on the after-sales service received by the customers and, if necessary, raise a flag to the relevant manager.
  • Being responsible for determining the right scope for customer demands, getting the necessary technical and financial support/information from global and/or local teams before, during, and after-sales, and keeping communication strong.
  • Creating a SWOT analysis for the customer group he/she is responsible for, collecting and following information about the activities of customers and competitors. Report the necessary information on this subject to the sales manager.
  • Have a good knowledge of the business and customers (visiting all customers and communicating with those in charge of all departments such as production, quality, and maintenance).
  • Having a complete and without defect customer mapping about the customer group/segment/portfolio and the market (especially preparing the strategy and action plan for potential customers), finding new potential customers, and developing relations with them.
  • Having a complete competitor mapping about the customer group/segment/portfolio and market for which it is responsible.
  • Preparing the market share for all key customers and keeping it up to date.
  • Making an accurate OR/OI forecast for the next 3 months and reporting weekly to the manager (including weekly sales activity plan and reporting). All information should be kept up to date on C4C.
  • Be accountable for selecting the right scope of supply for a particular customer request. In case of incorrect selection, lead the change management process by aligning with related internal stakeholders. Drive Customer Communication.
  • To be aware of the ongoing and upcoming projects in the market and follow them closely.
  • Provide support to all internal stakeholders during the commissioning of the projects.
  • To perform the requirements of the Environment Management System (ISO 14001) and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), to act in compliance with the environment-related and occupational health and safety-related instructions given by the department manager, to work according to the Company’s Quality and Occupational Safety and Environment policies, and to show effort for continuous improvement activities.
  • Prokura Policy is the intercorporate rule that enables determining authorities of the company personnel before third parties and within a Group company.  Understand that the job description also defines Prokura limits both before third parties and within a Group company and stays within the authority limits defined by Prokura. In case of any work that needs to exceed these limits; apply to the Department/Business Line Manager.

  • Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
  • B Driving Licence
  • No military obligation for male candidates
