QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- To develop service business by conducting customer-oriented studies
- To find customers with new service potential and to improve relationship
- Preparing the proposal and contract, including the calculation of the sales price. Follow up and realize service sales
- To support the customer in determining their needs, increase service sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction
- To communicate with existing and potential customers, inform them about the correct service product to confirm with the relevant technical personnel by mutually agreeing with relevant technical staff of customer. Support customer and realize the sales
- To plan customer visits as service sales activity, make customer visits within the plans and report results the Service Sales Manager
- Preparing visits and activity reports with time information, lost orders and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated according to budget, share report with Service Sales Manager
- To support BLM, service sales manager and other employees for the realization of service sales targets
- To work in coordination with the Operations Manager and the service support team to fulfill the terms of the Service Maintenance Agreement done by service sales engineer.
What we expect of you?
- University degree in engineering
- PC skills (Ms Office)
- Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
- B Driving Licence
