QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from universities Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Chemistry etc.
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, Powerpoint)
• Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented
• Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines
• Knowledge about the clinical research
• Preferably enperienced or trainee Smo Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Management of the Site Coordinators (SC)
• Review job applications and conduct interviews  when recruiting new staff
• Coordination of SC interviews which will be executed by client
• Informing Regulatory departmant for  notifications of Ethics Committees and Ministry of Health about new SC delegations into the clinical trials in timely manner.
• Tracking of notifications of SC delegations to Ethics Committees and Ministry of Health  and ensuring the notifications  are conducted before or within SC is delagated at the site by collaboration with regulatory department.
• Review weekly/monthly reports of site coordinators to ensure Site Coordinator activities are well organised
• Forward the weekly/monthly SC reports to clients
• Review and track expenses of SCs to ensure that company faces acceptable costs for activities
• Support Business Operations Manager for invoicing the SC expenses to clients when applicable
• Support SC for administrative works
• Ensure that SCs are compliant with company guidelines, SOPs as well as with ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Report to Business Operations Manager about SC performance on regular basis
• Collaborate closely with Training Responsible  on SCs’ training requirements
• Guide and support SC through each and every step of conduction of site management process including but not limites purchasing equipments, activating fax lines etc.
• Conduct face to face meetings /TCs, phone calls with the clients or site staff whenever management involvement is required by any of the parties
• According to Quality Management System Procedures; To take action according to the findings of the review of the processes related to the department through planned internal audits and to ensure improvement if necessary.
• Ensure that processes, risk analyzes of the Processes are periodically and / or controlled and updated when changes occur.
• Report to the Management Systems Department and / or the Management Representative to discuss the risks associated with SMO- operation process during the Management Review meetings.
