QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum of 7+ years Airline Sales experience,
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently,
  • Ability to generate sales leads,
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to be a team player,
  • Have a good command of English, Turkish,
  • Assertiveness, creativity, problem solving,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Sales, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts. Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved,
  • Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes sales promotion, individual selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
  • Review regularly activity reports of Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targets and Sales objectives are being met,
  • Reviewing Sales Department, Analyzing passenger history, Studying passenger surveys, Reviewing government statistics on visitors to the city,
  • Analyzing competition's sales/promotion efforts,
  • Procure new and repeat business for the Airline by maintaining contact with Hotels, Travel Agencies, OTA’s, B2B’s, Consalidators and Professional Associations within the community and neighboring markets,
  • Manage the development of new products and services. Oversee the development of new marketing strategies. Conduct market research,
  • Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly SMARTS report, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required,
  • Develop rates, Ad-hocs / group series and deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management,
  • Conduct/attend daily/weekly business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings and other meetings as required/ requested,

More than 7 years of experience
