Senior Ticket Specialist

• University degree from related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of ticketing,
• Strong Sabre knowledge is a must, amadeus knowledge is a plus,
• Understanding of booking/ticketing process is a must,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and flexibility,
• Creative problem solving skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides backup maintenance and support of the overall ticketing system, as required,
• Processes ticket orders; handles seat change requests made by ticket holders,
• Interacts with ticket holders and other ticket-buying customers on sales inquiries, problems, and concerns,
• Check the flights of Atlasglobal Airlines and other Airlines to arrange the most suitable fare ticket for pass ticketing process,
• Preparing to weekly report about ticketing reservation to related manager,
