·        Design, install, configure, test and maintain network and security systems and management tools.

·        Manage and monitor installed systems.

·        Proactively ensure the highest level of service availability and security in a 24/7 production environment.

·        Provide 3rd level support for LAN, WAN and security services.

·        Maintain a proactive view on the capacity and performance of network and security systems.

·        Conduct regular performance analysis to identify and mitigate performance flaws.

·        Enable automation.

·        Perform preventive security monitoring activities.

·        Evaluate systems for unnecessary or unsafe activities and develop solutions to mitigate security risks.

·        Contribute to and maintain system/service standards.

·        Develop and maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.

·        Train 1st and 2nd level support teams.

·        Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

·        Maintain operational, configurational and other procedures.

·        Maintain topology, inventory and service specification documents.

·        Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

·        Provide consultancy and input to solution design, pre-sales, service delivery.

·        Communicate technical and non-technical information to technical support groups, customer support centers and end-users as required.

Job Requirements

·        At least 5 years of hands on experience in Network/Security Administrator/Engineer positions.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrics/Electronics Engineering or related departments.

·        Very good command of English.

·        One or more items of the following technical skill sets are required in line with the ITIL methodology according to the requirements of the position:

·        CCNA/CCNP certification

·        Expert in LAN/WAN switches, routers and interconnections (Cisco, Juniper, HPE, etc.).

·        Expert in enterprise network firewalls (Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).

·        Experience with site-to-site, client-to-site, SSL VPN configurations and operations.

·        Experience with WLAN, WLC, WCS (Cisco, HPE, etc.).

·        Experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix, etc.).

·        Experience with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems.

·        Experience with WAN optimization, bandwidth management, application accelerator and proxy systems.

·        Experience with 802.1x, NAC, EAP, RADIUS.

·        Experience with DHCP, IPAM.

·        Experience with DNS.

·        Experience with VMware NSX is a plus.Experience with contact center infrastructure (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Unify, etc.) is a plus.

·        Experience with video-conferencing and telepresence (Cisco, Polycom, Avaya, etc.) is a plus.
