Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our company that takes role in IT sector who will report to the General Manager within the qualifications below:

Qualifications:

·        Should have minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant preferably in C level execution, 

·        Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

·        Excellent English language skills,

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships,

·        Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment,

·        Good command of MS Office applications,

·        Experience in a multinational company,

·        The ability to be proactive and take the initiative,

·        Reporting and data management,

·        Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

Job Description:

·        Supporting General Manager for scheduling agenda and organizing the meetings,

·        Secretarial and administrative support

·        Plans and schedules meetings and travel,

·        Takes minutes of meetings and follows up on certain action items,

·        Working closely and collaboratively with business units,

·        Maintaining a strong working relationship with other relevant departments,

·        Give support to business,

·        Assists the manager with business presentations and business correspondence, which is often of a confidential nature.
