For our growing SAP Center of Excellence in Turkey, we are looking for multiple SAP HCM Consultants in Junior-Medior-Senior levels with a focus on SAP HCM and related process. In this exciting job, you are giving highly qualified services to our global customers in their application management journey.

Daily tasks will include:

• Solving incident and change requests in the ticketing tool of our clients
• Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing too
• Analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance and documentation of SAP/IT solutions
• Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose high-level solution
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform system configuration, design forms and reports as well as to work closely with SAP ABAP team
• To understand SAP implementation methodology and follow this during project implementations
• To participate in analysis workshops with customer and help in documenting the information and progress as per project methodology and standards
• Be able to function independently within the designated responsibility area

What is needed:

• Professional experience in the area of SAP business processes consulting with SAP HCM
• SAP Support and Application Management project experience is preferred
• University degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering and computer science departments
• The mixture of initiative and eagerness to learn with sound analytical skills
• Pro-active consulting attitude
• Turkish and English is must, German is preferred
• SAP Certification is preferred
