Based in London, Dubai and Istanbul, We, August Property powered by Imtiaz Holding, have been serving as a real estate consultancy company both regionally and globally. We are also a co-developer for real estate projects.

We're hiring a ''Sales Specialist”. The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy. They will have strong management, organization and social skills to sustain clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Observation and analyzing  of real estate market, competitors and clients to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance,
• Leading activities to increase Sales for real estate business,
• Giving support to management of specified clients,
• Welcoming and presenting the requested real estate options,
• Following up launches and re-launches,
• Preparing a monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for the given region of responsibility, comprising all the resources needed for developing an effective team and area to achieve sales targets and revise this plans in line with planned and actual figures.
• Explore further market opportunities from both existing clients and potential prospects,
• Participating both domestic and international exhibitions and meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level and be self-motivated,
• Good command of English both written and spoken is a must.
• Arabic and/or Persian is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Active Driver-B Class,
• Good at social relationship and communication also good team player,
• Analytical thinker, result oriented, taking action ability,
• Work well towards targets and be a self-confident, enthusiastic, determined self-starter,
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills,
• No restrictions for travel,    
• No military obligation for male candidates.
