QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Quality Engineer to be employed with the following qualifications :

·         Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Textile/Industrial/Chemical Engineering

·         Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive or Textile Industry (experienced in similar position will be an asset)

·         Good command of English both written & spoken

·         Knowledge about IATF 16949 and core tools (APQP-FMEA-PPAP-SPC-MSA), VDA 6.3

·         Good knowledge of8D methodology and Problem Solving methodology (Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.)

·         Having good organizational, communication skills and team work

·         Good knowledge of MS Office tools, experienced of SAP will be an asset

·         Driving license with experience

·         No restrictions to travel in and abroad

·         Locate or able to locate in Bursa

Job Description

·         Leading problem solving activities for issues detected at In-process, Final Inspection and Customer

·         Managing customer complaints and their portal

·         Preparing quality KPI report and Customer scorecard for management reviews

·         Review drawings&specifications and understand the quality requirements

·         Supporting feasibility studies, Run@Rate and PPAP studies in line with Customer Special Requirements

·         Managing quality activities for the projects under the responsibilities in APQP

·         Supporting and leading the studies for the improvement of non-quality cost

·         Managing customer audits and following up the actions accordingly

·         Participating in quality system, process and product audits as an internal auditor

·         Supporting process changes in terms of quality activities
