| QUALIFICATIONS |
| BS degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical Engineering) |
| Technical know-how in thermal management / air conditions preferred |
| Min 2 years of experience at Development or Project Management, |
| Project organization and self-organization capabilities |
| Good team player |
| Strategic, interconnected thinking |
| Advanced command of verbal and written English |
| Good command of Microsoft Office applications, |
| Can drive actively, does not have a travel obstacle |
| Result oriented and analytic |
| Residing / able to reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Çorlu, Beylikdüzü or Avcılar |
| JOB DESCRIPTION |
| Project management of customer projects |
| Realization of assigned projects within agreed timeline, budget, and quality demands |
| Responsibility for project progress and achieving the milestones according to the product development process |
| Technical advice to customers, presentation of AURORA |
| Coordination of the internal process between the involved departments |
| Planning and follow-up of internal and external scheduling |
| Coordination of and chairing project meetings |
| Applications, release for series production and commissioning at customers’ sites |
| Cooperation with Quality Assurance and Customer Complaints |
| Advice to customers about series standard products |
| Initiation and follow-up of product improvements |
| In-service maintenance / supervision of series production |
