Job Description

• Responsible of quality strategy execution
• Moderates problem solving activities when 8D is required due to the customer complaints
• Moderates containment action at customer side
• Guarantee and performing the accomplishment with process & product audits.
• Execution of the fast response methodology
• Participate in PFMEA Go, See and Fix
• Coordinate internal contentions.
• KPI update and customer scorecards monitoring
• Identify & risk analyzing, suggests corrective actions & verify the closure of open points
• Escalate potential risks at manager
• Good communication skills and solution oriented

Qualifications

• 2 year experience from Automotive industry as quality Eng.
• Able to keep daily conversations as well as techniques.
• Quality core tools knowledge
• Problem solving methodologies
• APQP
• 8D’s methodology
• Statistical Process Control
• PFMEA & Control Plan
• Knowledge IATF 16949
