 Project Process Engineer;

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering are preferred)
• Fluency in English,
• Experience in implementing new manufacturing processes according to project activities of new products,
• Strong machine-equipment  and/or technical knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of process mapping, improvement, and actualization,
• Minimum 2 years experience in industry with similar responsibilities is a plus, (Automotive),
• Cross functional working,
• Strong leadership, management skills,
• Strong team working abilities,
• Good time and conflict management,
• No restrictions to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Determine the introductions and activities in accordance with the Project needs
• Report to management through the status needs and team activities,
• Develop and generalize the Project Structure,
• Generalize the cost focused approach during the process invest and LMPU developments,
• Provide the standardization of Project IE operations,
• Lead the technical knowledges about Industrial Engineering (PFMEA, Balance of assembly line, synaptic, private machine equipments, sensors, Poke Yoke, Team working, Lean Manufacturing tools, Project management, etc. ),
• Making feasibility studies on the new projects and current production tools,
• Apply or provide to be applied to the 8D Teams for project needs.
