JOB POSITION – BUSINESS and PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER

This role is a key position within Avansas Business Process Improvement Department. It will play an important role in helping to foster a customer centric culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. It will also facilitate the company-wide continous improvement projects and work closely with related stakeholders.

  • To work with key business stakeholders, and multi-departmental ‘LEAN champions’, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change.
  • Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements, meet changing business needs and change management activities.
  • To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
  • To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.
  • Increase Process Awareness company wide
  • To monitor related KPI’s and complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years from a similar roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analysis, design and communication skills.
  • Able to lead the various departments & functions to help develop a truly customer-centric organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, Senior Managers, Third Parties and Subject Matter Experts.
  • We are looking for colleagues with a good command of English.
  • Preferably Industrial Engineer graduate.
  • Preferably experience on 6 sigma green belt.
