As Turkey's fastest growing online office supply company Avansas.com, we are looking for an "Demand Planning Executive" with the following qualifications.

We are searching for a talented Demand Planning Executive to ensure our company’s warehousing and logistics operations are managed timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will coordinate all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, replenishment orders to our international and local suppliers and developing forecast models.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, preferably Engineering,
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain and demand planning,
• Good knowledge of supply chain management & forecasting technology,
• Preferably have FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce experience
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills,
• High analytical skills,
• Excellent command of MS Office Programs, especially Excel,
• SAP knowlegde is an asset,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the demand planning process, collaborating with stakeholders across the Sales, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain functions.
• Consolidating SKU based forecast (Rolling 12 months) and maintenance as per SIOP,
• Creating cooperation with business teams and providing insight to get more accurate forecast,
• Translating potential supply risks and gaps in the demand plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken,
• Actively support assortment strategy and phase in & phase out by participating in launch meetings and providing forecasts,
• Preparing SKU rationalization (ABC analysis) Providing accurate inputs to the Supply Planning team by developing inventory strategies,
• Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach.
