JOB POSITION - Search Engine Optimization(SEO) Manager

• Create and implement SEO strategy and content plan based on researching competitors, industry trends and keywords to optimize results based on specific budgets and objectives.
• Compile and use SEO performance reports to identify SEO performance and areas requiring improvement both on page and off page.
• Work alongside the SEM and PPC team to evaluate product offering traffic, landing page quality, content, design security and demographics of prospective clients when determining keywords and campaigns
• Maintain SEO/Traffic product backlog and form the product roadmap. Ensure that the roadmap stories deliver business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs
• To research and implement latest industry trends and best practices
• Monitor traffic, page speed, mobile first / friendly and company backlink profile and websites on a monthly/weekly base.
• Develop SEO Strategies for both owned and micro sites, including whitepapers, infographics, category, product and blog posts
• Work with the PPC, Sales, Data Insight and Purchasing department to identify new opportunities to grow the organic search channel
• Monitor the performance of our SEO & Content strateqies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7+ SEO experience with e-commerce
• A university degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related data-driven field
• Experience with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing
• Experience in working cross-functionally with other teams, including: social, communications, and paid marketing to maximize organic reach
• Great knowledge of web design and HTML5/CSS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong IT skills and some programming abilities
