Tomtom Suites The Old Franciscan House, Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) recruits for its Guest Relations & Concierge Representitive
Excellent overall communication skills both written and verbal in the English language;
Able to multi-task and remain composed at all times;
Able to work well in a team environment;
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization and effective time-management skills;
Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required;
Professional appearance and demeanor;
Have  knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shows and attractions in the area,arrange tickets for theatre, sporting events and local attractions, make and confirm dining reservations when requested and log in information;
Demonstrate firsthand knowledge of the recommendations with thorough research;
Check daily to make sure that  requests have been fulfilled and completed;
Prepare welcoming F&B amenities, which will be served for our guests to their suites;
Check the guest arrival reports in advance  and coordinate with 
Housekeeping on room allocations;
Be responsible for room assignments ;
Welcome and fulfill the check-in process of all guests;
Maintain current knowledge of hotel products pricings’and services.
