Job Description

In the role as a Sales Support Representative, you will support the Sales team and report to the Business Unit Director.

• Supporting sales team and communicating with customers when needed, sending sales offer to the customers
• Creating sales and purchasing orders
• Contribute to achieve the team’s performance targets and individual KPI’s
• Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
• Support to create and manage account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
• Participate in territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews.
• Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
• Support to identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
• Checking/monitoring stock & sales volumes together with sales team
• Management of any documentation works for sales inside the departments, communicating with other departments such as Finance, Customer Service, Global Product Development and Operations for any sales related issues

         Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s degree is required.
•       0 - 3 years related experience.
•       Understanding of project management
•       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
•       Fluent in English
•       Active Driver-B Class,
•       High capability to make plans and coordinate tasks
