QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

·        Experience in international trading operations : documentation, payment and delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) in international trade and logistics transactions

·        Ocean Export operations in Sea freight industry is an asset

·        Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)

·        Knowledge of Turkish foreign trade and Customs regulations and documentation

·        Knowledge of MS Office

·        Result-driven personality, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

·        Strong team orientation is essential

·        Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required

·        No military obligation for male candidates

·        Ability to deal with stress and work with deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Logistics operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations of related LC’s,

·        Bargaining with the shipping agents or other service providers in order to minimize logistics costs

·        Coordination of logistics according to contract conditions, with factories, suppliers, customers and/or warehouses

·        Organizing customs and inspection transactions

·        Dealing with the customers for any operational concern when needed

·        Preparing weekly and monthly export management reports

·        May be required to perform other tasks as required (i.e.: Ocean Import and others)
