Actuarial Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Actuarial Pricing Specialist to work in the Marketing & Sales Team of the Actuarial Department.

• Preferably Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics
• At least 3 to 5 yerars of insurance market experience, preferably in life and pensions
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of various software packages, such as Excel and Access, including VBA
• Some business modelling skills preferably in Prophet
• Knowledge of MCEV / EEV / Solvency 2 would be preferable but not pre-requisite
• Strong communication, presentation and team work skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the development and pricing process for new and existing products in a timely manner to achieve both sales and profitability targets
• Aid the development and maintenance of product illustrations
• Provide support for the system development and controls directly linked to products
• Participate in the Product Development Process to meet the company requirements
• Provide support on regular pricing of numerous continuously re priced products such as corporate and group life and pension business
• Participate in remuneration and commission model developments for distribution channels
• Provide support to cost-benefit analysis on company business deals and projects
• Perform experience investigations and contribute to assumption setting process
• Provide support for the core system (AS400) and actuarial model (Prophet) description of new products
• Provide support for the reports about product performance
• Perform group pricing for both life and pension
