IT Portfolio Expert

Reporting to Business Technologies, IT Portfolio Management Manager, we're looking for "IT Portfolio Expert" who will be responsible for management of demand portfolios and IT roadmap process.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably MIS, Industrial/Mathematics Engineering or equivalent, MBA is an asset,
• Minimum 7 years experience on demand management, project management or system analysis at banking or insurance sector,
• Expert knowledge of demand&project management, agile&lean principles, software development lifecycle, system and process analysis and tools,
• PMP and PSM I are preferable.
• Experience in negotiating and maintaining partnerships and relationships between IT teams and business units

Job Description

• Acting as a demand & portfolio expert and single point of contact to maintain effective relationships with vendors and business units to enable successful delivery of services and solutions
• Being a partner with IT and business unit leaders to develop strategies to ensure optimum support and output for portfolios,
• Managing of IT demand and roadmap prioritization processes by coordinating IT and business teams, evaluating the demands, enhancing the overall delivery process,  
• Preparing IT portfolio and roadmap reports and develop and track business units' satisfaction surveys,
• Taking a part in projects related to project discovery  and road alignment studies,
• Responsible for external communications such as business partners, solution providers and legal authorities to be inline with IT roadmap perspective.
