Qualifications: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in automotive, mechanical, electrical/electronics, industrial, control engineering, or related fields 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management in automotive industry
• Experience in project management processes and methodologies 
• Good report writing and statistical /data analysis skills 
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English 
• No military service obligation for male candidates 

Job Description: 

• Preparing and following project time plans, activities and budget 
• Ensuring project execution according to project processes and quality standards
• Working in Project Administration and Order Processing topics in internal project operations
• Conducting data administration of projects in internal project management tools
• Tracking and maintenance of project related matters such as invoicing, purchase orders, cost booking etc.
• Creating and conducting Risk Assessment process against possible delays in the course of project progress
• Organizing and managing the regular project meetings
• Coordinating and working closely with all other related departments through project activities and documentation preparation
• Reporting and presenting project results and progress
• Responsible for effective communication with the customer during project execution
• Preparing reports, necessary project documentation, and project deliverables
