We are searching for a Representative Experience Senior Specialist

who will be responsible for defining clear expectations of representative experience by segment within Avon’s business model.

Responsible for understanding the expectations of Avon representatives as well as sustaining and increasing their overall experience and engagement by working cross-functionally

Understand movements in the market from other direct selling and retail competitors that will influence retention

Working closely with functional leaders, set clear targets with actions that is focused on improving representative experience and retention

Work with the Sales Activations, Training and Communication teams to evaluate the effectiveness of the incentives & activations, training, recognition and communication (engagement and experience) on different segments.

Working closely with the Sales Team and Research team and combine data driven insights with research and feedback from field to understand the reasons for churn across all segments

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in a numerical discipline, ideally Business Administration, Economics or Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in direct selling

Sound experience in project management

Understand different needs and motivations of Representatives and take actions that would motivate, engage and retain them

Requires very strong commercial awareness and hi-agility in understanding Avon’s business model, plus entrepreneurial flair to help drive growth

Good communication skills and coordinating different stakeholders and cross functional teams

Excellent English language skills

Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office Applications, MS Access expertise on Excel)
