Digital Training Senior Specialist

• Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing and preferably in developing digital training platforms
• Experience in content creation, with a high focus on training and development
• Strong instructional design skills and demonstrated ability to develop creative, challenging, informative and effective methods to deliver service and selling skills
• Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Excellent platform and presentation skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Initiate and develop ongoing learning content, including online live events, tutorials, interview magazine style content based on business and market needs, ensuring that all materials incorporate brand and department strategic goals
• Work closely with Global Training Manager to understand global training strategy and determine what programs/materials are necessary to implement in local Market
• Responsible for budget management of preparation of training programs and digital execution. Deliver all programs and materials on time and within designated budget
• Partner with Sales Management to ensure field needs are met, acquire feedback on content and incorporate changes as necessary
• Understand new product launches/positioning of new products within brand and develop programs and materials to support this in training
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure consistency of product information and strategic objectives for all education materials
• Monitor completion, comprehension and retention of the content deployed to identify effectiveness as well as continuous improvement opportunities and lessons learned
