Finance Operations & Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional responsible for managing daily cash flow, receivables, supplier payments, and reconciliations.

This is an operational role focused on execution, discipline, and control of the company’s cash position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Management

• Monitor and report daily bank and cash positions
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts (weekly basis)
• Identify and escalate potential cash shortages

2. Receivables & Payables Control

• Follow up on client receivables and overdue balances
• Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate collections
• Prepare and execute structured supplier payment plans
• Ensure prioritization of payments based on cash availability

3. Reporting & Reconciliation

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records of cash movements
• Support monthly closing with cash-related reporting

4. Payment Governance

• Ensure all payments are properly approved and documented
• Prevent duplicate or incorrect payments
• Maintain discipline in payment processes

5. Working Capital Monitoring

• Track aging of receivables and payables
• Monitor DSO and DPO trends
• Highlight risks and propose corrective actions

6. ERP & Process Control

• Ensure accuracy of financial data in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Support improvements in reporting and automation
• Coordinate with accounting and operations teams

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance (treasury, finance operations, or accounting)
• Strong understanding of cash flow, receivables, and payables processes
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus)
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
