Budget and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a smart, driven, fun and collaborative Budget & Reporting professional who would like to work in an exceptional people-oriented culture and play a key role in the future expansion of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Min. 2 years of experience in Budgeting and Financial Reporting (preferred) 
• Min. 2 years of experience in the audit field is a strong asset 
• Solid knowledge of preparation IFRS financial statements
• Hyperion knowledge is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially on Excel and Power Point)
• Advanced English skills
• Strong communication, problem solving skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Strong follow-up skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of intercompany reconciliation processes along with other group companies
• Preparing and controlling monthly reporting requirements
• Providing a support on preparing and helping quarterly reporting requirements
• Coordination of  business units to complete budget process
• Support ad-hoc reporting and board presentations (if necessary)
• Helping on communication between central B&R team and local functions
• Perform analysis on deviation Actual vs. Budget figures
