Reserving / Pricing Specialist in Risk Management

AXA Sigorta is looking for a team member for Risk Management department, located in Headquarter/İstanbul with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor degree (or above) in Actuarial Sciences , Mathematics or Statistics
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) ,
• Min. 3 years of experience in Reserving,
• Good command on MS Office,
• Command on SAS and other software languages will be considered as an asset,
• Good knowledge on Reserving and Claims management (files by files, IBNR)
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical thinking,
• Eager to learn, team player, able to work on a project basis
• Deadline, delivery and performance oriented
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform IFRS reserve calculation on all lines of business,
• Close work with technical teams on capturing changes for reflecting to best estimate assumptions,
• Ensure collection, consolidation and reconciliation of data needed for valuation purposes,
• Perform regular closing process and reports,  
• Close follow-up on claims and UW policy and procedures in order to reflect important changes and make necessary amendments in ultimate’s estimate,  
• Close follow-up of local regulation (including the preparation of local reports) and group standards,   
• Contribute to the implementation of the Portfolio Management Process (in depth analysis of insurance portfolio to identify concrete actions to improve the profitability)
