We are seeking for candidates to be evaluated in our Human Resources Team (Total Rewards) with the following qualifications;

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Compensation and Benefits preferably in a multinational organisation
• Knowledge of a Korn Ferry/ WTW Compensation methodology
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, (especially in MS excel)
• Fluent in English language
• Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to run comprehensive analysis, digging into the numbers and focus on details
• Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills

• Prepare Salary job offer
• Manage salary benchmarking, salary surveys
• Follow market trends in total rewards
• Support the operation of annual salary increase and company bonus processes
• Prepare budget/ actual realizations periodically & support annual personnel budgeting process
• Prepare and consolidate HR analytics reports & cost analysis
• Participate and support to design HR digitalization
• Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing systems, processes and procedures
• Review HR policies and programs to ensure HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy and coordinate the implementation of AXA Global HR policies in the company
• Support job evaluation & grading schemes
• Take active role in Performance Management processes.
