• A bachelor degree or equivalent + at least 2 years of work experience.
• Communicate well (written and verbal), being fluent in English.
• Have a good knowledge of Word and Excel, preferable SAS.
• Have multitasking capabilities and great sense of responsibility

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the proper, timely and end-to-end administration of all insurance policies, issued worldwide as a part of International Program generated from Turkey (outgoing international business)
• Coordinate a set of international insurance programs
• Instruct the international network and provide Fronting Companies/AXA Offices with the necessary information to issue required local policies being part of a large international insurance program within agreed timeframes and quality.
• Issue all fronting in Turkey as a part of an International Program (incoming international business)
• Follow-up the processes of all fronting policies, detect any pain points and take actions to modify the processes
• Work in close cooperation with internal and external customers.

• Provide guidance on local Underwriting matters to Fronting Companies/AXA Offices.
• Ensure all documentation is issued in accordance with legal requirements and in line with instructions received, both for incoming and outgoing international businesses
• Manage all international accounts, including support to Collection and Accounting teams.
• Maintain efficient business relationships with Underwriters and other departments to ensure the smooth running of international programs.
• Achieve individual productivity and quality goals
• Follow up due and overdue policy lists each month and report the status of each account
