We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development team in Aydem Enerji.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields from Universities

• Min 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably within Learning and Development function

• Good knowledge of program design including designing blended, informal and social learning experiences and virtual programs  

• Experience with developing, delivering and/or leading talent development programs & learning activities.

• Experience working with executive/management team and strong influencing ability through consulting, communication and relationship building skills

• Talent for leading/working on large project teams combined with the ability and confidence to work in high-ambiguity environments

• Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, and communication in a group environment

• Creative thinking balanced with strong analysis that can provide insight into the business case, solution or project direction

• Strong planning and organization skills

• Experience in a Corporate Academy

• Good knowledge of Success Factors LMS

• Good skills of both written and verbal English

• Good knowledge and awareness of the new learning and development tools, technologies and trends

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Aydem Academy Team and HRBPs to implement development programs
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies for all groups
• Operate all talent development, leadership development, young talent program and other learning Project
• Develop and implement new learning and development tools, technologies and trends
• Identify annual learning and development budget towards annual development plans
• Execute external partners/consultants and develop sustainable relations with suppliers
• Define the metrics by which learning and development program effectiveness will be measured and continuously improved. Measure and evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives
• Manage functional training demands of individuals in Success Factors LMS
• Support all Aydem Academy projects as an effective team member
• Work collaborately with other functions in various projects
