• Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering departments (preferably Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Fluency in English
• Experience in R&D Projects
• Experienced in project management and coordination
• Being research oriented with strong analytical skills
• Being proactive, dynamic, open-minded, team-work oriented and result oriented
• B class driving licence and driving actively
• No restriction for travelling
• No military service obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up R&D Center Projects with project teams and making reports periodically
• R & D Center Preparation of project plans and preparation of process documents
• Following up and organising man-month timekeeping of R&D Center project
• Coordinating with other departments in the organisation
• Arrangement of the R&D center's legislation and coordination with the authorized institutions
• Conducting research on domestic and international R&D incentive programs and managing their application and approval processes
• Following up R&D projects in the sector and innovative Works
• Coordinating with other departments regarding projects
