Customer Requirement Specialist - (Business Analyst)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Requirements Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the successful development and implementation of our CRM and ERP solutions and ensuring that the needs of our clients are accurately translated to our development teams.

Responsibilities:

·     Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements in relation to our CRM and ERP solutions.

·     Analyze and document customer requirements, translating them into clear and concise specifications for our development teams.

·   Act as a liaison between customers and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.

·   Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring that customer needs are met and adjusting requirements as necessary.

·     Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

     Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and documentation to ensure that clients can effectively utilize our CRM and ERP solutions.

·     Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on customer requirements and project status.

·   Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

·     Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

·    At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the construction industry

·    Proven experience in gathering and documenting customer requirements, with a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems

·  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and development teams.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

·      Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Knowledge of the construction industry and its processes is highly desirable.
