QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to work with our AESCULAP team to help achieve the sales targets set for the designated territory and product portfolio. 


Your Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s Degree level
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical healthcare or medical device technologies sector 
  • Tender experience will be an asset 
  • Be able to work under own initiative to achieve personal sales objectives within defined timescales
  • Be a good team player, with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at analytical thinking, financial awareness and territory management 
  • Have the ability to use MS Office applications and other sales related programs
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English 
  • Flexible with national and international travelling 
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Active driver with a valid B type driving license


Your Responsibilities 


  • Realizing sales, presentation and training of Aesculap products in line with company policy to existing and potential customers within his/her territory to achieve regional sales targets 
  • Analysing the sales figures and competitors’ actions with suggesting different promotional activities
  • Following all purchasing activities, public tenders and hospital projects
  • Identifying and implementing strategy and tactics in direct and indirect sales channels to be successful in these projects
  • Preparing tender pricing and participating tenders within his/her territory, working in close cooperation with sales operations and supply chain teams, managing the whole process from preparation to product deliveries
  • Signing tender contracts and follow up all needed legal necessities 
  • Building effective relations with key business partners (purchasing managers, hospital management teams, etc.) and be the first choice of their purchasing decisions
  • Attending and promoting the company and its products at trade exhibitions, meetings and territory visits
  • Planning his/her targets, making realization assumptions, managing projects to contribute regional sales figures, via Salesforce.com
  • Maximizing sales of all Aesculap products utilizing a high standard of medical, product knowledge and professional selling skills
  • Passing the necessary examinations within 6 months (if applicable)
